Hi, I'm Libby

I’m a physiotherapist and women’s health coach with nearly two decades of experience helping women feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their bodies.

In my GLOW Physio Clinic, I’ve worked with countless women at every stage of life—guiding them to build strength, recover from pain or injury, and move in ways that feel good.

What I’ve learned in all those years is that building a stronger body is simpler than we think. But it's also not easy! Real transformation happens when movement becomes part of our everyday life—a lifestyle, not a chore.

That’s exactly why I created Glow with Libby—to help women simplify the process of making movement a daily habit, so that they can build a body that feels good to live in. Glow with Libby is all about taking the same practical, results-focused guidance I’ve provided in the clinic and making it accessible to women wherever they are.

My Journey

I’ve always loved movement. I played a lot of sport at school, so studying physiotherapy felt like a natural progression. But somewhere along the way, what started as a passion for exercise began to feel like pressure.

As life got busier with kids, a career, and a business, I struggled to keep up with the intense workouts I thought I should be doing. When I missed a session, the guilt would set in. I felt like I wasn’t doing enough. And in the physio clinic, I saw the same struggle with so many of the women I worked with—juggling endless responsibilities, feeling like they were falling short, and ending up stuck in cycles of frustration and guilt.  I knew there had to be a better way.

The turning point came when I discovered the power of small, consistent actions. Instead of trying to squeeze in three long strength training sessions a week (that I rarely managed), I broke them into shorter, daily sessions. It was a total game changer.

Those daily habits built momentum. I didn’t have to rely on motivation anymore. I felt stronger, more energised, and finally let go of the guilt and frustration that had weighed me down for years.

This shift transformed not only my own routine but also the way I work with women—both in their training and in rehab programs. Instead of rigid, overwhelming plans, I focus on helping women integrate exercise into their daily lives in ways that are simple, effective, and sustainable.

Now, I show women how to embrace goal-driven movement that fits into their lives. Because when intentional exercise becomes part of your daily rhythm, it doesn’t just build a stronger body—it builds confidence, energy, and the freedom to live life on your terms.

My Philosophy

I believe in keeping things simple and sustainable.

Exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore, and it definitely doesn’t need to take over your life. My philosophy is all about creating a daily rhythm of movement that fits naturally into your busy day.

Over the years, I’ve refined frameworks that help women turn exercise into a daily habit—one that supports a lifestyle of strength and resilience.

These frameworks are designed to help you feel pain-free, strong, and confident in your body so you can focus on living your life without restrictions.
